2 Charts for the Next Few Months

Presented below with little comment - 2 Charts that are playing on our minds whilst our views form for 2012. Click to enlarge.


The S&P (key driver of all risk assets) over the last 4 years - i.e. the entire period whilst new market dynamics have existed and correlations formed.

January effect? We see March and April.


The other important market leader - EURUSD.

Key support, green, and resistance, red. To be used when strategizing an entry or exit, or perhaps when confluence of a number of zones might be grounds to trade alone. Ignoring these levels ignores the 1 driver of price. No, not the LTRO or Economic data or Greek default or anything else you might read about on this blog.
